If you saw my last makeup haul post then you'll know that I got this mascara free when I spent £10 on Rimmel makeup at Superdrug. I was really pleased because it retails at £6.99 and I had quite high hopes for it.
The Rimmel Volume Flash Scandaleyes Mascara has a nice big wand to apply it and the consistency looked very similar to my beloved L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes which if you didn't already know is my favourite mascara ever!
The claim on the packaging is
"No lash can escape! Scandalous volume, no clumps!"
Unfortunately I found that it should have been to other way round because I experienced scandalous clumps and no volume!
My lashes are pretty long already so it's volume that I look for in a mascara and I got no volume whatsoever from this and when I tried to build it up with more coats it clumped like mad. I'm really disappointed but at least I didn't pay for it, I'll use it as an everyday mascara but I definately will not re-purchase this.
Does anyone else have this mascara? What was your experience with it?
