I got this balm in my April Glossy Box and I was really excited because as you already know if you read my blog I'm addicted to lip balm! I had actually never heard of the Brand Figs & Rouge but I'm so pleased that Glossy Box included them in their April Box because now I'm absolutely loving everything about the brand.
If you aren't familiar with Figs & Rouge here's a little about them, they produce award winning balms that are 100% organic, 100% pure and 100% natural which I love because I'm becoming more aware that the chemicals used in many skincare products are really not good for us and if I can find something that I love that is organic and natural then that's what I'm going to go with.
I received the Cherry & Vanilla balm and I was so happy because Vanilla is one of my favourite scents. When you rub your finger in the balm it feels quite gritty but when you put it onto your lips it just melts in to them and feels so good, it also makes your lips look really shiny and glossy too which is always a bonus! They come in a wide range of scents, I think there are seven and are priced at £3.50 for the 8ml and £5 for the 17ml. I absolutely love the packaging of these, it's so vintage and glamorous and I can't wait to try some of the other scents.
I wanted to know more about Figs & Rouge so I decided to check out their website and I'm so glad I did as it's full of loads of information on the benefits of these balms and also tips on ways to use the balms other than on the lips, for example they can also be used on cuticles and on any dry, cracked skin anywhere on the body.
