Please excuse my adsence over the past week, it hasn't been the easiest of weeks and I recieved some painful news. So I hope you guys can bare with me, as my posts may be a little sparse for a little while.
I picked up Barry M's Mint Green in Superdrug yesterday, in an attempt to cheer myself up a little. I really love this shade, and it's really different to the polishes I currently have in my collection. As we all probably know by now, pastel shades are big this Spring, so couldn't turn this little beauty down when I saw it.
I added some of Barry M's Silver Glitter, trying to create a gradual gradient look with it, inspired by the beautiful Sundari at Rose Beauty. I started out by dabbing a heavy amount of glitter at the base of the nail, the wiping off the excess and using the brush to drag the glitter up; making it more thinly spread to about a third of the way up the nail. Then, on some I added a little more glitter once again at the base so the glitter sat thicker at the bottom of the nail.
Just a quick nail look, but I thought I'd share it with you guys. It was so easy so definitely worth a shot!
